TERMS AND CONDITIONS is an animated GIF work with accompanying contract. By purchasing this work, the collector not only agrees to all of the terms and conditions as set out in the work itself, but also agrees to print a still image version of the work and display it in their physical space for a period of two years. This contract puts a price on support of the Black Trans community, asking for the collector to value, uphold, and wear proudly a badge of real allyship.

Danielle Brathwaite-Shirley is an artist living and working in London. They create work that seeks to archive Black Trans experience. They use technology to imagine our lives in environments that centre our bodies...those living, those that have passed, and those that have been forgotten.
